Building the future: robotics education for children and youths

We have trained thousands of children and young people, almost half are girls. We want to multiply the number of children learning about robotics.

We won big in South Korea!

The Marina Orth Foundation celebrates Manuela, Jerónimo, Shalin and Salomé, students from rural areas of Antioquia who represented Colombia in the 12th International Youth Robotics Competition (IYRC) in South Korea, winning gold, silver, and excellence awards among more than 2,000 participants.

This achievement reaffirms the Foundation's mission to bring quality education and technology to rural areas, demonstrating that, with opportunities, young people can achieve their dreams even in international settings.

Maria Isabel is now an expert in robot programming.

Maria Isabel has demonstrated an incredible ability to use technology in a practical and fun way by build and program robots, design and print in 3D and design web pages. And the most impressive thing is how she has learned to be aware of her surroundings and make use of the elements she finds in them for her creations. She doesn’t limit herself to incorporating circuits and store-bought parts, but is able to reuse materials that others might consider trash. Throughout the process of building and programming, María Isabel has gained valuable lessons. She has learned to manage frustration, cultivate patience, and maintain unwavering perseverance as key elements to overcoming any obstacle.

We Benefit Rural Populations

We reach children and young people in rural areas, where physical access is difficult, the educational offer is basic and opportunities to access training for the fourth industrial revolution are scarce. access to training for the fourth industrial revolution are scarce.

We Solve Real Problems

Juan, an entrepreneur who owns a flower farm in La Ceja, is looking for engineers who are developing automated solutions for his business.

Its objective is to be able to count on collaborators close to your company, seeking to facilitate both the work for the company and for the collaborators.

How about continuing to train children and young people so that in the future they can be employed in companies like Juan's?

Where robotics and English come together for fun

In Techlish™, our little inventors learn how to use English at the same time they learn about robotics. It’s amazing! They explore magic words like sensors, circuits, and programming while awakening their love for English and technology at the same time.

Learning robotics changes families

Be part of our project!

We have achieved a lot, but our mission is far from over. With your support, we can multiply our impact and build a brighter future for the children and young adults of Colombia.

Will you help us move forward with this dream?
